The inspiration here would seem to be an amalgamation of images from
the original Crow (Draven as played by Brandon Lee), The Crow: City
of Angels (Ashe - Vincent Perez) and the TV incarnation The Crow:
Stairway to Heaven (Draven - Mark Dacascos).
Using the Inteleg Crow as the basis, Dwayne has the dark angel astride
a twenty first century steed (personally I would have chosen a better
bike - but that is not to say that the whole thing fails to work - far
from it).
